How do you ship packages?
Packages delivered within Australia are shipped from our warehouses in the U.S. through USPS.
Packages that need to be delivered to other countries are shipped from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do. Once your package is shipped for delivery, you will receive an email notification that contains your tracking information.

Changes to shipping prices
Sometimes there will be discrepancies in the quoted shipping costs. Bulky items will still be quoted on an individual basis via email.
If the price to be paid varies from the quoted price on the website, we will immediately inform you by email. Also, if you would like a firm quote, please advise in the order notes.
